Shipping and Returns

  • Each Filth garment is handmade to order for you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for dispatch. These time frames are based on the styles, sizes and colours chosen.

  • All items are sent using recorded and secure delivery in discreet packaging. Filth uses recycled, compostable and environmentally friendly packaging wherever possible.

    In case of non-delivery and parcels being returned, please get in touch.

  • We use KDZ Economy Express or Priority Express for worldwide shipping.

    With all orders Dutch taxes and shipping are automatically calculated at the checkout. However, once you enter the shipping address at the Delivery Method, the correct tax and shipping will be applied.

    All orders outside the EU have 0% tax as the destination country can apply its own import duty.

  • Import duties are liable as per the requirements of individual countries. Therefore, Filth is not responsible for covering import duty charges.

  • Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if they are carefully repacked and are still in a new condition, not creased, worn or polished. All exchanges must include postage.

    We do not return or exchange any item that has been ordered incorrectly.

    Filth will only exchange items if they show signs of a fault in manufacture, not if you made an error and ordered the wrong product or size. As standard procedure, we require a picture of the error to justify the return within 5 days of receiving the item. All Filth garments are thoroughly quality-controlled before posting. All return items must be sent via registered mail. Filth is not responsible for any loss during the return process.

    The exchange will only be completed once items are received and verified that they fulfil all return requirements. We cannot accept goods returned later than 7 working days (EU), 10 working days (UK) and 15 working days (worldwide) from the date of posting.

  • If returning goods from overseas, please state clearly on the packaging that goods are being returned for exchange or refund. Otherwise, customs duty becomes liable. Filth will refuse any parcels that have had this charge added. The package will either be returned to you by the relevant courier or disposed of as they see fit.

    Filth does not accept any responsibility for parcels incorrectly returned to us. Prices on the website are the prices at which the agreement to sell and purchase is contractually made. Including a premium on products sold outside the EU may be necessary occasionally and without notice. After discussing the best shipping solution for your country, Filth will communicate the relevant premium through email.
