FAQs

  • We use only the finest natural latex for our garments from the world lead Supatex in England.

We use 0.45mm thickness for all our dresses, tops, skirts, shirts, trousers and chokers and we use .33mm for all of our panties but sometimes there is a 10% +/- difference. In addition, we use 0.33mm and 0.55mm for strengthening on the underside of the garments depending on the area we strengthen.

  • We deliver internationally by secure mail in discreet packaging. You can find out our delivery information here.

Presently, we are unable to deliver to either Russia or Belarus.

  • The platform we use requires us to set a default shipping location. The issue only occurs when choosing to pay with credit card or PayPal. Apple Pay is not affected by this. We realise this may cause some confusion but currently it is out-with our control.

The shipping and tax calculation is corrected when inputting your country into the Delivery Methods section at checkout.

  • Latex is different to fabric, but with some simple steps, you should get years of enjoyment from your garments. Please refer to our Latex Care guidelines for full information.

  • Latex is generally considered non-hazardous for use in clothing. However, natural latex does contain proteins and vulcanising accelerators which can give rise to allergic reactions. Therefore, people who know they are susceptible to allergies to latex should avoid contact with them. If you have an allergic reaction, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

  • No one can 100% guarantee that latex is vegan. However, Supatex has received statements from their raw material suppliers and their team that, as far as they are aware, no products derived from animals enter their latex.
